The spanner wrench is in the tool kit. The collar actually is only meant to spin forward (1-2-3....7-1-2-) so be careful, you can damage the shock going backwards.

For 200 lb street riding you're going to be more like a 5 or 6 on the rear preload to get the proper sag. I was a 5 for track riding at 170 lbs. Now I just dial it on exact on the Ohlins ;-) Measure with a couple of friends to be sure.
