Alright, so I was working on my bike and all I need was a simple diagram of how to bypass the BAS. I kinda figured it was simple... Did a search on 600rr and saw too many people asking the same thing how do you by-pass BAS. Look no futher, I will make this NICE, EASY and SIMPLE. All you have to do is USE THE SEARCH!

Answer: Tap Green Wire and Red Wire.

Here's what you will need:
1.0MM Flat Head. ( Computer Screw Driver)
Open Spade Connector
Electrical Tape

(Note: My bike is already a street fighter, so I have easy access.)

1. Remove components that are attached to the bike to get to the B.A.S.

2. Unclip the B.A.S

3. Notice How GREEN WIRE is on the far end and the RED WIRE is on the opposite end and Yellow is in the middle.

4. Refer to the picture Pull RED WIRE and YELLOW WIRE. There is a BLACK tab. CAREFULLY LIFT THE TAB! Then pull the two wires.

5. Remember to slowly pull the wire out so that you don't snap it.

6. Once the two wires are De-pinned, Make sure to match and take notice how it goes in, it only goes in one way, so becareful.

7. Now Pin the RED WIRE NEXT to the GREEN WIRE.
Leaving the Yellow wire on the opposite side of the Green Wire.

8. Take the spade connector and it fits perfectly into the pin slot of the RED and GREEN Wire.

9. Tape it up and you're done!

I am temporary doing this to move my bike around my garage since my car is in the garage also. I will not be held responsible if you do it as a permanent Mod. BAS is suppose to shut off bike when tipped over or dropped. Proceed with caution if you plan on keeping it removed.

Thank you very much for the info definitly got me out of the jam I was in.:banger:
