On behalf of the UF-FSAE team I am asking if anyone on this board has (or knows where i can find) a computer generated modeling of ANY honda 600cc motor, it can be from an F2, F3, F4i, or 600rr.

These drawings can be in ANY file type, but anything drawn in Autodesk Inventor would be best. Thanks for the help.

i have used ProE. its just that the majority of the car is designed in inventor so im kinda stuck with it.

FSAE is the largest collegiate design competition in the world in whichi students from all over the globe full design and fabricate a miniature scale formula-style racecar. we are limited to 610cc max. displacement. we are using 04 600rr motors this year hence why i posted on this board :D

ps: .ipt or .iam format is prefered.

I would hate to have to transfer in a file of that magnatude as an iges file...that would be a fuggin nightmare. Maybe the drawing, but not a solid model.

You just basically want the geometry of the outside of it to work off of right....mount locations, over all geometry...etc?

sounds fun! If you do happen to find such a model...would you mind getting me a copy. I'd like to see that. I'll take about any format...prefer either solidworks or pro e

thanks
E

by the way...keep us updated on your project!
