Hey gang,
Hope someone here can help a brother out. I have read some posts on clock/odo resets, but nothing that has helped so far.
My clock/odo resets everytime i turn the bike off. What i didn't realize until today after seeing a buddies 600RR, is that the clock is supposed to stay on with the bike off...mine doesn't. I can also pull the clock fuse out and the clock still comes on when I turn the ignition on. I can adjust the clock and everything.
So, all this is leading me to believe I have a wiring problem somewhere causing the memory power for the clock/odo to not be there. I was wondering if any of you have a manual with the schematic for the clock that you could either scan for me, or could just tell me what connectors/wires to check for clock memory power.
Your help would be greatly appreciated! My boss is getting tired of the "but boss, my bike's clock keeps resetting, I promise not to be late again" excuse. :icon_lol:
Peace,
Wyldbill
