Fixing rashed clutch cover...what paint?

The previous owner of my bike lowsided at a low speed and rashed up the clutch and stator cover. I'm planning on sanding it down and repainting it. Is there any good paint that will match the OEM color? I remember seeing a thread several months back about a guy who did this, but I can't seem to find it.

Thanks in advance for your help!

when i dumped my bike this summer on some gravel and scratched the stator cover i had the same problem, so i threw some 400 grit on it to smooth it out. i heard of coloring it with marker so tryed that and it was glossy and looked like crap. but i couldnt match the factory color with a hi temp paint so i went to Autozone and bought flat black. i spent a little bit of time taping things off and basically repainted that side of the engine. it looks great and didnt have any problems all summer and you would never know unless you bent down and looked for it. hope this helps

The Graffiti paint color is the same as the engine cases.

I went ahead and tackled the project today, and it came out alright. I couldn't get all of the scrapes out on the stator cover, but it isn't nearly as noticeable. Now I need to get some new fairings.

Anyway, here are some pictures of the process.

It isn't a perfect match, but once the bike gets ridden and is exposed to dust and road grime I think it will blend right in. I may end up getting the graffiti paint and redoing it this spring.
