I have a garage now and don't need this anymore. It is a Kryptonite chain, and it comes with a small u shaped kryptonite lock and one key. Lock works fine and doesn't stick, chain doesn't show any rust or anything else like that. I have a few other chains, an anchor, a U lock, and disc lock for sale too.
