haven't seen a hrc damper myself all the 07 race bike i've seen with hrc backing, ditch the stock damper and use a wp or ohlins, apart from the hrc 600's that where ridden at the isle of man tt, they keeped the stock item

because i know for a fact that the one on the HRC suzuka bikes is the same HESD but reprogrammed by the HRC ECU

 

On the 1000's,but the World SS 600's don't use HESD,that i know of,but there are two pgmfi kits from HRC (fim)and (st).If you know could you prove this,i'd like to find out.

Paul,i'll check next weekend.The bikes aren't at home.For some strange reason i don't think there is a plug for the HESD,the bikes were built almost a year ago.I'll let you know.

Just wanted to see what this HRC damper was like,no bigge.Probley going Motec next year anyway.

 

i have the hrc damper on my basic racer. its a manual damper. you set it just like a gpr, etc. let me find my camera and ill take some pics for you.

So, we talk about all kinds of bikes on here.
with the HESD stock, supposedly they dont do much until 30mph, when u program the HRC ECU u can make the HESD start working from idle.
and from my understanding, you can basically adjust the map, to control the stiffness and reaction speed.

i'm pretty sure that's for the 03-04

 

I just put a CRG damper on my 07 600rr and disconnected the stock unit. The CRG went on real nice and I think is gonna make a big difference in the bike's stability. I will be racing this weekend to try it out!
