awsome when they are warm ,cold not so awsome

 

im a firm supporter of the M1. for a street tire, it performs like a race tire. did my firt track day on them and wore them out till the cords were showing they were that good. wouldnt sudgest that, but they never lost their badassness.

but M3. i dont know about the M3.

What would you guys reccomend for my bike use?

 

buy em i think they are great like the m1 with more life and grip wet and dry

 

i run metzeler m3's. awesome tires...im sticking with them time after time...not to expiensive either. quick to warm up and super sticky when they are.

 

What pressure do you run in them cold? What should they be at when they're heated up? I have them and I'm not real sure what pressure is best.

 

I ran the M3s on my '03 and they were really a nice tire. Once they warmed up they were plenty sticky for canyon rides. Didn't get to see how long they lasted as I sold it and got my '07 but they had 1500 miles on them and they were barely noticeable wear wise.

I am going to try the Corsa III's next spring though. Similar price but best of both worlds...supposedly.

Between the two tires you are considering I prefer the Pirelli Diablo.....especially if you will be doing any riding in the wet.
