I ordered a jacket from them. They claimed it shipped 3 days later, and charged my account. So after waiting for 3 weeks and still no jacket I called them (after about 12 emails to which I got no responce), sat on hold for an hour. Well it turns out they never shipped the jacket and don't have it. They offered to send me a different jacket if I payed the difference.

I have ordered a ton of stuff from them. They have really good prices and are pretty fast, but once I ordered some helmets from them and they said they were nationally backordered even though they said they were in stock. That pissed me off but I still got two helmets for the price of one
