Your dream came true lol... sorry about delay :)

2003 CBR600RR
K&N filter
Two Brothers Slip on Exhaust
Power Commander III

EDIT: Oh I forgot to add that before the dyno, I had two brothers exhaust already installed on it. Then I let the guys in dealership install powercommander and k and n filter with dyno tune. The powercommander and filter made the bike more smooter and louder.

this is kind of a useless post but I dropped my bike off for custom mapping and I'm picking it up tomorrow. The shop owner called me with the final numbers. 105 baseline (jardine slipon with 2-bro's map and brand new OEM air filter installed right before the dyno) and after tuning 111.9hp! This shop builds race bikes so they know what they're doing. He told me I'll be very very pleased when I pick it up tomorrow.

Now here's the funny story. He mapped my 06 last year and it had a BMC race filter AND an Arrow FULL exhaust and he only got 107.5 of out of and the baseline was 103hp. I guess the 07-08 really does make more power.

Awesome results bro! Glad to see a shop that knows how to tune.

I'm taking my 03 in next week to get tuned (2 bro's exhaust w/ K&N) and am currently not running a map (PCV just came in the mail today) so i can't wait for the results!

Here's my dyno run. Red line is the first run. Blue line is after the tuning.
It's a 2008 600rr that has 4k miles.
Mods: Leo slip on, FP velocity stacks, gutted intake, with a bazzaz ZFI.
It has an OEM air filter w/4k miles on it, stock gearing.

I'm glad I got it done, if you take a look the red A/F line...not good at all lol

it could also be the consequence of a 520 kit with upgearing. the upgear automatically makes the horsepower higher. if he dynoed with stock gearing and stock chain, then did a 520 -1/+1 or something like that, the #'s would be higher just cuz of that, let alone the mods he did. The Bazzazz is the **** by the way! i don't have one, but my friend does and that thing is awesome!
Now... correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm preeeetty sure the 520 chain and gearing change has absolutely nothing to do with dyno numbers... All it does is reduce unsprung weight so you accelerate faster, but it doesn't make your engine any stronger. Unless you add the stickers from the 520 kit, then its a couple hp lol

So tuning the bazzaz properly pulled another 5hp from the mods? Nice! Didn't think a slip-on and velocity stacks would get u that much. Do u know ur stock numbers...before the mods?

I had my bike dyno'd at xtreme machines on saturday for sh*ts and giggles. It was open house and they were doing $10 dyno runs.

It had 2brothers exhaust, PCIII and K n N filter. On regular gas. It made 110.9 HP at 13,700 RPM. I have the print outs in the car. Im too settled in to go get them lol

o.k. so here it is i have a 07 600rr w/8506 miles. full yoshi rs-5 exhaust, pc 5 and a BMC air filter. the map that i dyno'd was the yoshi map that i got from their website. the guy ran it 6 times and he said that i was good for the 13.8:1 air fuel ratio. then i started reading into the forums a little bit more and i think i have to customize the map...so i think this is the baseline. but i don't know...any help would be appreciated. i am station in Arkansas, so if anyone knows of a good place to go to, please let me know. 101.5 hp with 41.32lb of torque
