Almost certainly. Have a look at an online shop like Fowlers Parts and look at the schematics, that will confirm things for you.

 

They do sell it, Thank You... but unfortunately it's all sold out. Comes as part of an engine rebuild kit.

 

Oil pan doesn't have a physical gasket, you use silicone or elastomer based sealant when you close up the oil pan, clutch cover & generator cover.

To Hondabond, or not to Hondabond, that is the question: whether 'tis cheaper in the wallet to suffer the slings and arrows of Permatex, or take Hondabond against a sea of contact surfaces, and by elastomer bond them?

Yeah, definitely use Hondabond. Clean the old elastomer off carefully with a plastic scraper, make sure the surfaces are both clean of oil and dry, use a narrow bead of Hondabond, and use a finger to even the bead out and remove any excess. Make sure you torque all your bolts to spec.

I've used it on the timing chain cover and oil pan on my car when I was replacing the engine; zero leaks. The Permatex that I used on my bike had been losing a small amount of oil around the stator-- just a little, but enough that there's always oily dirt on my stator at every oil change.
