i used to think it's personal preference ... but i'd like to know if there might be a "best" way. or even the "correct" way.

for instance, in a car, i used to adjust it so that i could see a tiny bit of my own car when i look into it ... until i found out that was all wrong and you're supposed to do it like this:

so, how do you guys do it on the bike?

To ME it's still a Preference, I use my left mirror to see behind more and the right mirror more to the side but in my mind I still DONT trust mirrors. I ALWAYS Head Check.

yes, i ALWAYS headcheck too. even in car.

but i'm just wondering how people adjust theirs.

do you guys just adjust it so that you can see behind you when you're riding for 1 mirror. and then adjust so you can see behind you while you're straight up at a stop with your other mirror? and just head check for left and right?

Exactly what u sayed Scribe. I'm not worried when I'm Tucked cause I'll be going to fast anyways.

i have my left mirror adjusted for when im tucking(im always checkin for cherries n berries) and my right mirror is adjusted for just in town ridding. because its alot easier to head check to the left because u can take ur hand off the bar for a second to turn ur whole body around so u dont need a left mirror as much. this is what i decided on, after much debate. lol
